These Terms & Conditions form the basis of your agreement with Ski Miles Chalets Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in the UK and operating luxury catered chalets in Méribel, France. By booking with us, you ("you", "your", or "the Group Leader") agree to the terms outlined below.
1. The Nature of Your Holiday
Ski Miles Chalets provides luxury catered and self catered chalet accommodation in Méribel, including (where applicable) in-house staff, meals, house wines, local chauffeur service, and concierge support.
We may also facilitate additional services—such as lift passes, ski instruction, childcare, and transfers—but these are arranged on your behalf with third-party providers and are not covered by this contract (see Section 7).
2. Your Contract
Your contract with Ski Miles Chalets Ltd begins upon our written confirmation of your booking and receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
This contract is governed by English law, though services are delivered in France under local regulations. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

3.3 Final Balance
The remaining 65% balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
3.4 Bookings Within 12 Weeks
Full payment is required at the time of booking if the stay begins within 12 weeks.
