Ground Floor

Three En-Suite Bedrooms: three beautifully designed bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet. Spacious, serene, and ideal for restful nights after a day on the slopes.

Private Spa & Wellness Area: unwind in the chalet’s private spa, complete with an indoor hot tub, steam room (hammam), and shower, a perfect retreat for post-ski relaxation and rejuvenation.

TV Room: a small, separate TV room offers a cozy space for film nights or quiet downtime without disturbing other guests.

First Floor

Majestic Living Room: an expansive open-plan living area with two elegant seating areas, including one arranged around a central feature fireplace, designed for relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying the alpine ambiance.

Grand Piano: a statement grand piano sits proudly in the living space, perfect for musical evenings or simply adding a touch of sophistication to your stay.

Panoramic Terrace: step onto a large south and west-facing terrace with uninterrupted mountain views, ideal for sunny mornings, après-ski drinks, or quiet stargazing.

Elegant Dining Area: a generously-sized dining table comfortably accommodates large groups, perfect for shared gourmet dinners and lively conversation.

Designer Kitchen: stylish semi-open kitchen with dark marble countertops and high-end appliances, including a gas range, wine cellar, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and ample storage, blending function and elegance seamlessly.

Second Floor

Queen Bedroom with Mezzanine: a charming queen-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, double basin, separate WC) and access to a mezzanine featuring two additional single beds, ideal for children or teens.

Master Suite with Balcony: luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed, exposed-beam ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a private balcony. Includes a dressing area and a spacious en-suite with bathtub, shower, double basins, and separate WC.

Children’s Dormitory: designed with younger guests in mind, this cozy dorm features two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, basin, and separate WC, perfect for families.

Outdoor Features

Alpine Sauna: enjoy the warmth of a traditional outdoor sauna, nestled in a picturesque setting, a magical spot to relax beneath the snow-covered trees or alpine stars.

What you can expect…

Chalet Altaïr is available for both FULLY CATERED weeks as well as SELF-CATERED weeks.

Indulgence Included – The Ski Miles Fully Catered Chalet Experience

You will have staff members at your beck and call for 6 nights of your week long stay. We will book you:

  • Your very own, in-house, private chef curating exceptional meals to fuel you during your holiday.

  • A professional and discreet chalet host, serving meals, housekeeping as well as making sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout.

  • A driver service to take you to and from the chalet, be it to the slopes first thing in the morning, or pick up from the aprés bar in time for dinner.

You can make your stay as bespoke as you like, however, a typical “catered” week would look like 6 days of hot cooked breakfast served to you alongside a selection of continental options. Upon your return from the slopes, afternoon tea will be laid out and waiting for you to tide you over until dinner service. Drinks and canapés lead into a 4-course dinner leaving you fully satisfied and ready to work it all off the next day!

If you would prefer something lighter after a big lunch on the hill, never fear! Your private chef is there to cater to all your needs.

Your chalet team take one day off in the middle of your stay, but don’t worry, you won’t be left high and dry! A continental breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning for you to help yourselves. Our driver service, however, doesn’t stop so you can still get to and from the chalet. We can also help suggest and book you into a restaurant for dinner that evening.

Where you’ll be…

Chalet Altaïr is quietly tucked away in Mussillon at the entrance to Meribel Centre. You are a 10 minute walk away from the local bars and shops and a 3 min drive to the lifts in Chaudanne.

Being the ‘heart of the 3-Valleys’, you are right in the centre of the biggest linked playground in the world. With 600kms of piste to explore, you can quickly get up and out from the lifts in Chaudanne. Just one lift to get to the Courchevel Valley and three lifts to Val Thorens.

Even though there is a free bus stop almost outside the chalet, included in your stay with us is your very own private driver service to drop and pick you up from anywhere in resort at your beck and call.
